Product Overview & Quality

  • Product Name: 1-Naphthol (alpha-Naphthol)
  • Grade: Analytical Reagent (AR Grade), featuring high purity ( 99%) for sensitive chemical assays and microbiological testing.
  • Physical Properties: White to off-white crystalline solid with a phenolic odor. Discolors to pink or brown upon exposure to light and air.
  • Solubility: Slightly soluble in water; freely soluble in ethanol, ether, and alkaline solutions.
