Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic Acid)

Product Overview & Quality

  • Product Name: Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic Acid)
  • Concentration: 37% (Fuming/Concentrated). This is the standard maximum concentration for stable aqueous hydrochloric acid.
  • Grade: Analytical Reagent (AR Grade), 2.5 L pack. High-purity grade with minimal trace metal content, suitable for precise titration, sample digestion, and chemical synthesis.
  • Physical Properties: Clear, colorless to slightly yellowish liquid with a strong, pungent, and suffocating odor.

Safety & Hazards (Critical)

  • Classification: Highly Corrosive (Category 1). Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Vapors are highly irritating to the respiratory tract.
